Practically Great.

A truly stunning bicycle with Shimano gears. Would have rated it a five if the pedals had been properly threaded. I had to buy Wallmart pedals to replace both. Pedals that can be fitted to the bike should be included with a 400 bike. Other than that, I'm content.

Incredible bicycle.

While assembling the tricycle, we had many questions. Excellent vendor customer service. Typically, they responded to our emails the same day. To make sure everything was perfect, we did use a bike mechanic for the last minute adjustments. The bicycle is superb. Colors are vivid and true to the image. rides easily. My 83-year-old husband uses it and enjoys it.

Parts not examined before delivery.

My husband will use this bike to recover from several months of chemotherapy. I adore the hue. a sturdy build. It was disappointing to discover that one of the pedals could not be fitted since the crank had no internal threads and hadn't been machined off. As a result, it is currently waiting for a completely new crank assembly at a bike shop. We weren't happy
