Pedal help not movable to 4 levels like depiction says.

Wife is happy with her new tricycle overall. possesses a lot of power and can easily ascend modest slopes. The only reason I didn't give it a higher rating is because I couldn't discover a pedal assist adjustment. The bike accelerates to its top speed if she pedals. Although the description claims four degrees of assistance, this one doesn't seem to have any.

Engine quit working.

After only 20 miles on the second battery charge, the motor has ceased operating. I have emailed the firm to request assistance. If they offer sufficient service, I'll update the rating.Update: I was able to independently identify the problem. After a few days of requesting images and order/shipping data, product support gave me the runaround and asked for my phone number so they could get in touch with me.

Took care of business.

My kid struggled a little bit when assembling the bike since he had to drill out several holes that were coated in paint, similar to where the paint had sunk into the frame. We had to take the trike to a nearby bike shop so that the pedal shaft could be changed and the rear brake adjusted. The pedal shaft was 7 inches long, which meant that the sprocket circle was too large for me with my new knees.
