Package had holes in it. Item was cheap and wouldn't click into place when pushed down. Return is a hassle as I can't get it back in the box. I hae to go somewhere to print a label for return. Wish I hadn't purchased it.

The description stated this item was heavy-duty. Well, I stepped up to test this and found it leaves heavy-duty at the factory. Don't get me wrong, it is a good design, but the material was flimsy. When I moved to turn over, I almost flipped over. My life flashed before my eyes at that moment, and I got off and folded it back up and gave it to one of my kids.
