Arrived before delivery date in new condition no (dings or scratches). The drawers open and close extremely smooth and effortlessly. Good quality, built well, made to last and sturdy. All four drawers lock with the turn of one key. Excellent design for personal and office use, (professional quality item). Good steel construction and the putty color paint looks great (not dull or shinny). Hanging files drop right into these nice long deep drawers and I cannot express enough how effortlessly these drawers open and close. The drawers snap closed into place and you have to slide a lever to open them. Once again a well designed and quality build file cabinet. This file cabinet is worth every penny and it is sold at an exceptionally low price. Get one while they last.

I have been searching for a reasonably priced filing cabinet for months now and I stumbled upon this one. The delivery went smoothly in that FedEx left it by my porch steps and it arrived quite quickly, before the estimated delivery date. I had trouble getting it up my front steps since it was quite heavy but I did it using a dolly for the porch steps and the 2 steps going downstairs. The item was packaged very well and there were little dents on one side of the cabinet but who knows I could have done that while trying to move it up my concrete steps. No one will see the dents. The drawers glide smoothly and it comes with 2 keys in case you want to keep the cabinet locked. I used letter sized hanging folders and they fit perfectly. I store this in a closet in my office room and so far I really like this cabinet it was much better than using stackable crates which made it very difficult to file my h house paperwork.
