Well made, sturdy, almost completely sealed on bottom, good locking of both drawers. Expensive versus the super cheap consumer brands/models, but a LOT less than the quality competition. Very sizable filing cabinet that, as others have noted, is a great height and depth for building a desk. Ordered two, one arrived damaged. Returning to Walmart was easy. Replacement was fine. One more thing--buy some felt to put under the cabinet. The bottom had a slightly rough edge that would have scratched my wood floor if it wasn't covered. Also, since the cabinet holds so much it will be hard to move once it is full
