Have always trusted Hirsh products. The company I worked for always purchased this brand of file cabinet for its durability and the various sizes. The only negative is the price. It is a bit pricy, but as the old saying goes..."you get what you pay for". This legal file cabinet will last a lifetime. I also like the locking feature so that my files stay safe and secure. It locks both drawers when locked. Great feature and great file cabinet. The shipper did a great job on protecting the file cabinet during shipping. Thank you, Walmart and Hirsh Industries. Definitely highly recommend this product and anything Hirsh makes. Great turnaround time after ordering.

I heard from others that it's a great file cabinet but I ordered wrong one and cxld it but CSR explained might still ship and it did and return request was put thru but in interim I had accident (crushed my good hand) and afraid cabinet would be stolen from lobby while I was in hospital ER so I had friend in another state go on Fedex site and change to ship to Fedex store and now need cxl pick up request (not cxl return) and every single Walmart rep says different. all I need is pick up number start with cpu or pro and nobody knows and Fedex says if don't have that then cannot cxl pick up. asked for supervisor and held many min and then car came back and said still no supervisor avails said will still hold and she said will try again leading me to believe lost place in the queue for supervisor. I am upset now because yes, was my fault ordered wrong thing but don't understand why AFTER dilation put thru a day later the label printed and order shipped out and car acted as though I did something wrong after I explained EVERYTHING. I love Walmart but after all this I don't know if I am brave enough to order the RIGHT cabinet that I should have ordered in the first place. Mind you, Im not looking for anything but the pick up number and I didn't need CSR to tell me I should not have changed delivery location. Sadly she told me to call Fedex direct after I explained EVERY single thing to her and how did she expect me to cxl pick up when I still don't have pick up number? hand and fingers killing me trying to typed (hand crushed) never had experience
