Excellent for a bedroom! Not as loud as window ac

I like how efficient it is. I wish it had a much longer exhaust hose though. It is not as loud as a regular window unit. It is of course not quiet either as it's an air conditioner. I love the dark blue color. It supplements our main ac unit nicely. There's absolutely no way an 8000 btu unit of any kind is going to cut Deep South heat in the summer for a 500 square foot area that has at least one window! However this unit suffices for a small bedroom with a walk-in closet. It doesn't trip the breaker either. It's a keeper for me.
