The install took a bit of ingenuity.

The install took a bit of ingenuity. The window vent kit is designed for windows that open from the side ( right / left ). It was 2 inches too long for my window because it opens from the bottom ( up / down ). I had to cut 2 inches off to get it to fit. One thing I like is, the machine vents the moisture out the window. It's been running for 5 days straight and I haven't had to worry about emptying the water tank. ( The directions say it will turn off if it gets full. ) The control panel is bright so I put an old credit card over it at night because we like it completely dark when we sleep.
