arrived broken, nice size, looked like it would work but the bottom was broken so when i tried to use it water went everywhere. Return was super easy.

I have purchased twice from them through Walmart %26 they’ve both been bad experiences/ bad products I will make a point not to purchase again from them….

I described that that I asked them to get me another cover that I wanted to second one and they said they don't have spare parts and I guess they're just a supplier they're not the manufacturer and they said they would contact them and get back with me and that's been weeks even after I contacted them for a second time

Shipping was quick and on time, product is wonderful!! Easy set up, easy use. I’ve had mine for a week now and I have now ordered 2 more one for my sillier and one for my upstairs floor. Would highly recommend this product!!

Too expensive , tube for wsyer disbursement is only good for 3 hrs before u have to empty it. Windows installation is ok, but plastic tube is hard to attach, and fragile, easily ripped torn, or broken. Also tube puts off alt of hear, which makes the room stay cool enough, but if was better tubing, more insulated it would do the job better. Do not recommend.

arrived in great shape easy to manage out of the box and assembly of the chair was easy. Also purchased small chair side table a snack tray .drink or juice box. The next week he so much enjoyed his new chair. We had lots of rain so he spent more time in the house, The chair was perfect for his summer reading assignments and when allowed his gaming hour(2hrs)?.

Well, it took two days to put it together. My friend said instructions really didn’t follow it Wright buddy. He finally got it together and it really looks cute. I like it a lot.
