love it, cool our master bedroom with on suite area perfect in this older double wide trailer house perfect.

Received this 3 piece patio set within acceptable time. Packaging was very sturdy, strong both inside and out. All components were well made and assembly was rather easy according to to the directions while reaching the angles were sometimes a bit challenging, everything did go together and everything is level and in square, Very nice size and cushions are plump making for a really nice seating area. Very pleased.

Each time I use this I must remember to snap the steps in place before stepping on the ladder. An accident can happen with this ladder.

Costway has not earned my trust. A portable air conditioner should provide years of dependable service—not fail within weeks of very light use. Experiences like this make it difficult to recommend the company or purchase from them again.

I wouid give 0 ⭐️ if that was an option. Water slide busted after only 3 uses. Costway says repair it with patch %26 thread in box. The hole is huge %26 not repairable. The patch is small. And not enough thread to even try %26 repair the water slide. It is cheaply made %26 not worth what it cost.. Beware of this seller %26 anything you purchase from them. It was very disappointing to the children. And sad a company doesn’t stand behind their products . I nor my family or friends will ever purchase from this seller. Walmart needs to stop this selling items for this seller. It also makes Walmart look bad. BEWARE ⚠️

I’ve contacted the seller about it refund. I never heard back from. Please assist me with this issue ASAP.
