I got this for my dad who has a hard time getting around anywhere with two bad knees. He uses this everywhere around his apartment. He sits in it as his main chair, unless he is going to watch TV for a while, he will move to his lift chair. The box looked overwhelming at first with a ton of pieces, but it was actually quite simple to put together. There were a few steps in the instructions that were confusing that could use better explanation. This is a great walker that has everything he needs. The quality is pretty good compared to others we have had. He does tend to bump into things so it is important to have good quality. The wheels are thick and roll nicely without a lot of effort. The wheels are not rubber and they do slip on tile even when the brake is completely locked so be careful spending on your flooring. It is lightweight and am glad it folds for easy transport into the car. The seat is comfortable, especially with the backrest but I could see it hurting after a long period of time. Some padding could be better.

The Mobility Rollator is the best one I have found for my mom. The height can be adjusted so she doesn't arch her back. It has big wheels so she can take it outside without any issues. It has a seat so she can rest when she gets tired. I really like that it's compatible so we can take it anywhere. The quality is exceptional.
