It is smooth rolling. My husband has no problems at all while walking with this. It's very sturdy. The pouch is handy for putting bulk items in to take with you leaving you free to have both hands on the handle. Brakes are very good. I load and unload from my SUV with pretty easy ease. The only problem is it lost a screw, but that was fixed fast. If I had to get another one, I would buy this again. The height is also adjustible and takes just a minute to do.
