I was waiting for it all day the delivery driver delivered it extra late and put it way out on the sidewalk the picture shows that he didn't even deliver it by the door and those are the delivery instructions. I've never had a driver put it way out on the sidewalk for people to steal because at this time people are walking out with their dogs and kids and I almost didn't see it and didn't get it.

First of all, my son in law assembled this in about ten minutes, so that's a non-issue. I got it because of a hip ailment and walking with a cane was making me walk favoring one side. I'm as independent as a cat on roller skates and I decided to try this to be able to keep my independence (within reason). I was worried the maneuverability would be something I'd have a problem with, but even on a sloped driveway or in the grass it was easy to move around. The hand grips are well-placed and the brakes will stop evenly and quickly, and lock easily. I'm 5'7” and the size is perfect for me when I sit. The seat is big enough for my backside (2XL) and along with the back it is a comfortable sit. I also love the height adjustment for the hand grips/brakes. Sometimes I want it higher, sometimes lower. Simple change with the push of a button and there are markings to assure they're the same height. Am I happy with it? Yes. Would I buy it again? Absolutely.
