Th.e assembly was a pain in the butt. But it is lighter than my other one.. I need that. I bought this for a friend who has dementia. I am gonna get me one too. My red one is 20 lbs just too heavy for me t lift in and out of the car. This one is 16 lbs. It makes a difference. My only problem with it is the brakes don't feel [braey] enough. and the they don't hold iit from moving when in the locked mode. i can't remember if my other one] which is a DRIVE( is the same.

Item arrived quickly. Boxed item was placed inside of a larger box, to hide the contents. Outside box had no damage, whatsoever. Box inside had a couple of punctures, nothing major. Left side of tube, where you push the handle bar into, was dented in, so was unable to secure it. Everything else was fine, except that the left handle will not lock into place...so you have to be careful or it will slip out, while you're walking. Gave it 4 stars bc it is very sturdy %26 well made, w/the exception of the inability to lock the left handle into the 1st available slot.
