It is smooth rolling. My husband has no problems at all while walking with this. It's very sturdy. The pouch is handy for putting bulk items in to take with you leaving you free to have both hands on the handle. Brakes are very good. I load and unload from my SUV with pretty easy ease. The only problem is it lost a screw, but that was fixed fast. If I had to get another one, I would buy this again. The height is also adjustible and takes just a minute to do.

This foldable walker actually fits thru my door ways in my house, I have had others that I had to collapse to get thru my door ways inside of my house, I need it to go into the bathroom with me because sometimes my legs go numb I have a pinched nerves in my lower back and a dislocated Right Pelvis due to a Motorcycle Accident from year's ago. It's adjustable for many different heights and can hold up too 300 pounds, the brakes work great, the maneuverability is also great, I really like these Sturdy Construction it's made really well. I'm 5'10 and the handles are perfect placement for me.
