Fabulous!!! Very well packaged with protective bubble wrap for the main frame parts! Easy assembly with clear directions! Wonderful and easy transitions from walker to wheelchair!!! Rolls well on multiple surfaces--on concrete/asphalt sidewalks and crossing streets, on carpet, hardwood, tile, gravel too!!! very comfortable for the passenger and person pushing. as a wheelchair and great as a walker/rollator, nice handgrips, brake easy to use---even has a storage tote bag that can be removed and has a padded shoulder strap for your personal essentials!!! Fantastic rollator/walker/wheelchair!!! And folds up easily for getting into a car trunk or storing by the door at home!! Also has great footrests that can be folded back so easy to sit or get up from the seat!!! Hopkins thought of everything and delivered a really great product!!!! THANKS SO MUCH for making my life and my family'/friends who help out with wheeling me so much easier -- and giving us much-needed FREEDOM to enjoy outdoors, shopping, etc!!!!!

This walker is just what I needed. I can walk around my house and get a lot of exercises. My son will take me shopping I can walk with my walker then when I get tired he will push me. It's a lot lighter than my wheelchair to get in and out of my wheelchair.
