    Sadly Disappointing

    I love CoverGirl so giving it 2 stars was very difficult for me to do. Unfortunately, everytime I had to sharpen it the eyeliner was so soft it would immediately fall out. So I had to sharpen it again and again, so many times it's half the size it was when I bought it last week. Whoever created it needs to realize that they are working at CoverGirl, not L.A. Colors.

    Impossible to sharpen

    Loved this when I first got it. Applies easily and smoothly and stays all day. But… trying to sharpen it turned this into a nightmare. The casing is so hard that it doesn't peel like a pencil does. It cracks pieces off. Yes., I bought a new sharpener. No, it didn't make a difference. It takes a good inch off before you're lucky enough for the case to crack a piece off well enough to find some of the product to use. Not a real point, but a bit of a corner… which you have to use carefully so you don't scratch yourself with the casing that's left sharp and jagged. I'm off today to find a different brand. I'm so frustrated with this that I just give up and I'm wasting practically the entire pencil rather than fight with sharpening it. Which is a shame since I really like the liner itself.

    Do not purchase this product

    As the others have said, once I tried to sharpen it the eyeliner became unusable! What a waste! And here comes the product team to tell me to buy a new sharpener in 3,2,1...
