The seat has a back rest on it for when you switch positions, it has pulse readers, it counts calories as well as keeps track of your miles. It switched to 4 different positions I love it

Exercise made easy

I have been using the bike for a couple of weeks and I really enjoy it! I love that I can do some upper body work while pedaling. Some have criticized the seat, but really what bike has a comfortable seat? It does it's job. I have a big butt and I fit on it perfectly fine. By the end of my 30 min session there is some discomfort, but nothing major. I did have to remove the side handles because of the width of my hips they were causing blisters on the side of my thigh, but I don't really need them or think I would have used them. I just have to figure out a better solution to cover up the bracket. I'm 5'5" and it is a good height for me. I don't have problems reaching the pedals and front handle bars with ease. Also, I have no problems getting on or off the bike. I love how compact it folds. It takes up very little space when not in use. It is also quiet. I am definitely happy with my purchase!
