Love this unit! Best purchase ever!

Love! Works really well and the cats like sleeping in front of the vents on hot days. I couldn't live without it %26 it's much easier to install than a window unit. I did put the hose on the back and got a bucket for the water and empty it 2x a day. I'm not sure how big their drainage pan is but I didn't want to keep emptying it so I suggest the hose in a bucket. The only thing that I didn't like is that the black hose to the window is very large but since I like being cool in the summer it's not really an issue. Would recommend this to anyone!

Worth the money: a lifesaver when you need a/c

This unit works outstanding: the only reason for the 4 out of 5 was the window guide was not the easiest to line up, and the foam does not seal the best, but once installed it puts out plenty of cooling power. Our forced air a/c decided to show it's age and is long in the tooth, so we set this up on office. I bought another 10,000 btu unit just in case, but I have no doubt it will work even better then this.
