Works well - window vent takes some fiddling

Seems well made. Noise level is as I expected and reasonable for a portable unit. The only issue with installation is with the window vent. The shape of the nozzle connecting the vent hose to the window fitting is such that it hits the window sill when it's actually installed in the window. Had to set the vent in the sill and use tape to hold in place rather than closing the window on it. Otherwise it works fine.

Well worth the money!

This has made my menopause/hot flashes much more bearable during the hot summer months. Easy to install, easy to use, I have only had to drain it about 1x month. Makes a small room very cold within about 3-5 minutes.
