The recliner is advertised as oversized, it is not. It is no different than most regular sized recliners. It comes completely unassembled, except for the base. Instructions are included, but confusing, it referred to cup holders, which this model does not have. The arm rest pillows are packaged separately and then you have insert the pillows in the chair. the seat and back are come packaged separately, plus the cushion for the back. The vack cushion is not as full or puffy as shown, it attaches to the back by a zipper, however it just kind of flops or lays loosely on the back. The lower lumbar area is not very comfortable. I am 5'3" and it hits just below my waist, so I have to place a small pillow so its more comfortable. It does not show anywhere in the description that there is a pull handle that sits down between the seat and armrest in order to flip up the footrest. I actually tried to avoid ordering a recliner without that pull handle, had it shown it or included it in the description I would not have ordered this brand. The fabric is nice? but it feels like a sueded material, not leather-like, there is no shine to the fabric. I will probably keep it for now, and hopefully find another recliner in the near future that is more comfortable and just use this one for extra seating.
