well it was delivered pretty fast. and went together fairly easily. Some of the parts where cheap like plastic fenders , headlight and battery cover. Mines lodged shut with a broken little latch holding it in. can't take out battery so far. got keys though. but all the functions and display work good. easy to learn. and it's got good power and speed. I bought it just to try out an e bike. and man it's fun! but I can see if I was serious where you should shop around. And then purchase one that has support for parts and such . But if your like me and just want to test the waters of ebike commuting. Then it might not be bad. I've only made a couple trips so far. so I can't vouch for durability. bet everything is fine ATM. even though I left cheap fenders off.

So far bike is great but the listing is a lie does not have 1500 wat motor it is 750 which is OK.. Also does not go 30 mph it goes between 21 and 25. Also they do not respond to messages I have message them twice trying to get an extra battery because it does not last pass 10 miles when using full speed. still no response. Until they respond I will not issue 5 stars

Its ok but things were missing in box.

The $379 price tag is good for this bike but there are some things to take into consideration. One being if your 5"8" or taller you will need a handle bar extender. The stem does NOT raise. The box was missing tools and a screw to attach the headlight and front fender. The instructions said there was a quick release axle for the front wheel, there wasn't just two different axles. The bike came with physical damage to the frame. something hit it hard enough to take the paint off and expose silver frame. The front wheel router is slightly bent. All in all the bike is Ok for quick rides to and from a destination. Where ever the bike was packed could have done a way better job packing it so inspect it out the box.
