I am still dealing with this seller for a return on the e-bike which was warped and my grandson couldn’t ride it. I started a return on December 28th and I’m still trying to return it. The seller said it was too expensive to ship back and has offered to send new wheel and 20$. It’s just me and my grandson who is 11. Beware of this seller if you have to return an item.

WARNING-Do Not Buy this bike! I bought 2 bikes and motor went out on one of the bikes. It literally just blew after only riding it for a couple months and only 3 times a week. BOught insurance and filed claim. It has been ONE month of ASKGO reps that ask for videos and make you do the troubleshooting. They asked me to convert videos to MP4 and I am still dealing with requests after 6 weeks! From battery, to charging, to motor videos it is just one video after another and they are lagging on replacing bike. I have warned that I'm gonna make consumer reports now. No calls just non stop emails to ASKGO and you do all the tech work. They send "how to" videos and make you play technician> Don't buy!

Bought this item on Dec 6 for a Christmas gift. It was shipped to me in the Cayman Islands but the motor in the wheel is making noise. No one on island wants to touch it because it is an e-bike so we still have not been able to ride the bike. I’m very disappointed that I was shipped a faulty e-bike.
