The truth is;

My scooters seat and basket had issues but In truth I still attempted to ride it, I'm 6'0, 233lbs, and the scooter definitely reached 25mph, I've reached 26-27mph going down hills in easy mode. The climb is 30• listed but I've done 60• just fine, the battery could last longer but it depends on the conditions and how much the scooter is working overtime like Weight, Road, Wind, etc…Definitely recommend just if you have issues reach out to customer service.

great for a person under 200 lb

I just wish a single company could be more honest when selling products. this is a fairly well beefy looking frame which is very impressive however the seat no matter how tight keeps dropping when you go over minor bumps. the battery before you even get down one city block is already turning red making me think I can't go too far. I am a 5'10 male and when I sit on this bike the seat is very uncomfortable and then you have to place your feet on the scooter platform which is incredibly narrow. so for this electric scooter being able to support 300 plus pounds of an adult I find very difficult to believe this is more for a teenager to ride. if it weren't so difficult to return I would have done it already I'm just going to keep it in my garage I'm also having trouble with the fenders staying secured straight they keep bending back and without me using a tool or something to pry it back and void warranty I'm just not going to do it. I also wondered how hard it would be to replace a tire I recommend you look at tires before you buy any electric scooter and make sure that they are made. this takes me back to the moped days in the '80s and '90s where you couldn't find simple stuff like tire or pedals. buyer beware!! but for a teenager person this would be a great purchase it seemed very easy to assemble all the pieces were there they even included a little tool set which was very handy although I can't say by the time I was done it wasn't stripped out. also the brake rotors seem to have a scuffing sound to them I guess that is because they're brand new and need to wear in some I'm going to see in another week if it does not go away maybe brakes need to be adjusted. I also suggest when any person looks at a scooter you look at the degree of an angle you can go up this one has a 25° angle which is okay but doesn't have enough pep I found myself having to step off for a minute to get up over a hill and walk the scooter then I could proceed.
