This beauty replaced my 10 year-old slow cooker. Now we all know they don't make things like they used to; the lid is noticeably thinner and lighter and so is the base. I'm happy to say the crock feels about the same as my old one, except this new one doesn't have a crack running through it. This is my first time with a programmable slow cooker and it is self-explanatory. The only thing I don't like about the programmable aspect is that you are forced to choose 4 to 6 hours on the high setting, and you are forced to choose 6 to 10 hours, or maybe it's 6 to 8 hours, on the low setting, so it's somewhat programmable, but not completely. I've only used it once and was well satisfied with the way it cooked pork loin. I had a little sticker shock which is certainly not limited to this brand of slow cooker. I purchased this brand, my first purchase from this brand, solely on the reviews and I'm glad I did that, I love it.

I love it! Its a nice crockpot and I love the cream color. I got it on Saturday and cooked a pot full of Pintos and it worked perfectly!! The beans were delicious too. This page won't allow me to add a photo. ??
