The assembly for this chair is very easy, the fabric is nice and soft, The quality and appearance is nice. The heating and massage works great, it's very comfortable. I had to look at the website picture to figure out how to recline it, other than that, everything was simple. The sellers communication is great. They told me ahead of time that all boxes may arrive on different days, however, the shipment arrived three days later, one day apart. I read the reviews for this customer, and two customers absolutely loved their chair, while the 3rd customer said the chair was crap, in my honest opinion, the chair is absolutely just like the picture, the quality is very good. I love it, and I recommend this chair.
