I usually like to give the positives and negetives then a brief summary: Positive: - The chair is sturdy and plush - The massage and heat work well - The chair maneuvers well Negative: - Usually chairs tilt forward, after tilting back - Managing the massage wire is disappointing - especially when maneuvering - It could be sturdy and plush, but it doesn't necessarily mean comfortable Summary: For the price; the massage chair is good. If you need an office massage chair - just go for one of those "lazyboy" recliner chairs. It cost more but it does the job better.
