I gifted this to my grown daughter and spouse, as they live in a small apartment with a really small fridge and freezer.. THIS is the answer to having ice available through the hot summer. There is virtually no setup required, except to put it on the counter, add the water, and plug it in. You can get a gallon zip lock of ice within 8 hours the first time, then its continuous after that. This is a great product that provides a nice cold surprise!
