I have not used all of its features yet but have just been using the basic time and distance during rehab. It is easy to stand up and wheel out of the way when not in use. My only complaint is the seat is not comfortable. It has some aggressive ridges on it. It think I will get a bike seat cover for it.

unit arrived broken but taped together it works

The item had been damaged on two different plastic corner type areas and then re packaged and shipped to me. I really like the unit now that I have taped together the broken plastic cover piece. It isn't for hard core workouts but my 6 foot son who previously was on the rowing team said it was useful for raising his heart rate.
