Love my leg press home machine

I paid for the rep to assemble my leg press machine, and I think that was a great decision. I love it and enjoy using it, especially on leg day in my home gym. However, I do wish it came with a manual or instructions on how to use it properly. One of the main reasons I purchased it was to use it in multiple ways, but I haven't figured that out yet, and I couldn't find any videos explaining it. It would be very helpful if they provided a demonstration video for different performance options. Other than that, I highly recommend it!

Arrived on n time. Took about six hours to assemble. Works really nice. Feels solid and stable. I substituted the weight holding bar from the supplied Olympic style for a one inch bar so I can use my one inch plates. It mounted with the same mounting bolt. Super pleased with this machine.
