MCombo 26" Extra Wide Dual Motor Lift Chair for Elderly, Dark Grey Fabric

I purchased for my wife; here is her opinion: I fought getting a "new chair" for years. My husband finally convinced me it was time to get a lift chair so my shoulders would not hurt so bad from getting out of my old chair. I got my new chair about 4 weeks ago and it is the most wonderful chair for getting in and out with ease on my shoulders, legs and back. I LOVE THIS CHAIR!! Oh, did I tell you it has heat and massage too. I tried that out for the first time yesterday and I think I am going to move onto my chair permanently!! I am 84 years young and have arthritis in most of my bones including the back, hands, shoulders, and neck. This chair has changed my life to one of much more comfort getting into and out of it, relaxing me after a stressful phone call and just being a wonderful place to park my body when I am ready to relax and watch some TV, Thank you for having this chair available for your clientele. The chair is great. The biggest issues I had was not knowing it came in three boxes. One of my boxes got separated from the other two. I don't blame the company for that. I also found out the missing box had it's own tracking number that was not provided. That I do blame the company for. They need to tell customers the number of boxes to expect and they need to provide all tracking number. Having said that, the chair is very comfortable, but a little hard to put together.
