It's only been a few days since delivery but this has already become my all time favorite chair. The fabric is soft and comfortable. Padding and cushions give good support and are also soft enough for comfort. The. remote controls easy to use. Reclining options are infinite because of the dual motor system. Vibration/ massage feature works well. Delivery was quick, just 2 days. 3 boxes are large and heavy. A neighbor with a large hand truck came too the rescue bringing them up from our building lobby to our apartment. FedEx disappointed by just leaving them there instead of taking a few extra minutes to bring them to our door. Assembly was easy. The sellers YouTube video is excellent. I'm thrilled so far and very pleased that I didn't pay 2x the price at a furniture store.

I am 46 yrs old , 6' 3", around 170 lbs. I have had multiple spine surgeries . This chair is the most useful and comfortable thing I have EVER used. I sleep in it and sleep better than I ever have since the surgeries. My only regret is not having it sooner. Even with my spine problems I put it together myself. So simple.
