This chair was teriffic. The only reason I returned it is so I could reorder the leather one instead of the fabric one that I originally ordered. We decided to put it in our living room and the leather blue will look better. Otherwise, it has all the bells and whistles including power headrest, heat/message, multiple pockets, cup holders and USB port. Easy to do within the 30 day purchase period. Took it to Walmart with the shipping label sent to me and DONE...
