I am 5'2", so my head was below the headrest section and was uncomfortable, so I added a cushion to help. Also, the pockets are too tight for my weak hands, so I added some pockets of my own, which is still a work in progress. See photo.

BEWARE!! One Major Problem for people with Shoulder/Mobility Issues: the very large puffy armrests are impossible to rest your elbow on without killing your aching shoulder!! It should be made to HELP your pain, not to cause more! This does state for 5'1 to 5'9, but the purchaser must realize that the length of your shoulder to elbow is what counts on the armrest. Beyond that, this McCombo Lay Flat Triple Motor Lift Recliner is absolutely beautiful, well-made, and works as promised with infinite positions and controls just as described! It's a shame that such a wonderful product has to be ruined by something (PUFFY arms) that ruins the joy of the entire purchase! McCombo needs to learn that they can easily put "rolled arms" in place of the "puffy pillow" they have ruined this item with!
