This is an absolutely beautiful chair! I gave it two stars for the assembly of it. My husband is very skilled in putting together purchases. This lift chair was a bee-otch for him and presented quite the challenge! And, yes, he did refer to the assembly guide. Also, it arrives in two boxes. The box for the base is over 70 lbs. There's even a logo of sort depicting two people carrying it. Unfortunately, we didn't have another person to help lift it. My 77 year -old husband managed ok. The navy blue color is really very pretty! Definitely worth purchasing!

I ordered this chair after I had spinal surgery - no bending, twisting, or lifting. It makes it so easy to recline for rest - just use the push button control. It reclines and sits back up slowly which is good when in pain. I don't really use the vibration or the heat functions. The heat isn't hot enough for me. Generally it is well made, reasonably priced, looks fine, driver followed my delivery instructions so arrived quickly, and plays a big role in my long (12-18 months) healing process.
