I did not appreciate that the chair was delivered and dropped off in front of the door. The lady is blind and when she opened the door she walked into the boxes. Nobody brought it into the apartment for her. And the guy was not there to put it together.

Really great for an elderly or injured person
The product was exactly as described. The only downside is that the heat doesn't stay on long enough, but that is a simple fix (just press the heat button again). The product reclines with ease and looks great. It took us about 7 minutes to assemble the entire chair (actually my 8 year old put on the side pieces and hooked up the wiring per the instructions; all I did was slide the back on). I would highly recommend for anyone!

It works well for elderly
I have had this chair for a year now. I practically lived in it as it got me through chemo and radiation therapy. So this chair was excessively used. I'm 6'1 and the chair feels small to me. The heat and massage quit working about 3 months into it. The motors that lift and recline the chair still work fine. Honestly, I'm surprised the chair held up considering everything I put it through. For the price, it is a good chair.
