Product was great but ended up returning. We ended up forgetting to put something in the box when returned but I worked with the seller to get the missing items returned to them. Return / refund process was seamless. Great customer support.

Walmart was great with communication via text. But…Delivered sooner than stated which caused an issue with delay in getting it because we weren’t home and apparently needed to sign for it.

Marketplace provider requires return at FedEx but within a few days I was told item lost in return shipping. Called Walmart customer service 4 times for $636.44 stovetop that arrived shattered. No repercussions for provider. I cancelled subscription for Walmart Plus because Walmart seems to have no control over returns. This is too much money to play with customers.

Good communication. Arrived ahead of schedule. The delivery men unboxed and removed everything.

The seller so not a new item but a used item that was damaged and inoiperable I wish I could have given it zero or less than zero starts
