not happy with the seller, not allowing to return the stove top after only 25 days, no explanation why!

Walmart was great with communication via text. But…Delivered sooner than stated which caused an issue with delay in getting it because we weren’t home and apparently needed to sign for it.

Marketplace provider requires return at FedEx but within a few days I was told item lost in return shipping. Called Walmart customer service 4 times for $636.44 stovetop that arrived shattered. No repercussions for provider. I cancelled subscription for Walmart Plus because Walmart seems to have no control over returns. This is too much money to play with customers.

Good communication. Arrived ahead of schedule. The delivery men unboxed and removed everything.

The seller so not a new item but a used item that was damaged and inoiperable I wish I could have given it zero or less than zero starts

Same day delivered, it does not work. I have breast cancer %26 had to get the kids to pull out to check water line. Water flowing. Called customer support they blame on delivery people. Delivery people came to call customer support. Customer support blames Walmart. Walmart blames seller. Call Samsung %26 they blame too! No wonder this product was cheaper than Lowes or HD. They sell default products %26 point fingers at each other. My friends husband said, don't buy Samsung. I spent a whole day moving food out of coolers %26 no respect from anyone to help....this is why the rich stay rich! scamming the poor people!

It was delivered a few days later than they originally said, but it arrived in good shape.

Cooktop arrived shattered. Packaging didn’t have a single “fragile” label on it. Other seller reviews have mentioned shattered cooktops that they’ve received from this seller as well, so it remains an issue despite happening multiple times to different people. Throwing this rating in here now to hopefully save someone else from having to carry a box full of small glass shards to their local Walmart store.
