Nordic Ware

At times in the past Nordic ware has been great with replacement of their natural aluminum line items if there were any defects however they have provided me with absolutely terrible customer service regarding their nonstick product line (bundt and scone pans). I’m sorry but when I purchase a brand new nonstick item and it comes to me with deep scratches revealing a different color below the nonstick color and that scratch is deep enough for my fingernail to get stuck in that is definitely not something I (or even after internet research) deem safe and is NOT something I would expose my family or myself to despite the representative at Nordic Ware telling me those items were safe to use. So in my honest opinion the natural aluminum line is great but I would PASS ON ANYTHING NONSTICK FROM NORDIC WARE. Hope this helps with your purchasing decision.

The lid doesn’t fit well at all. It’s not tight on it all. The reason why I got is because Madeline was getting older. I would not recommend it.
