Hisense tower AC 8000 was received damaged with a crack in it. provides pictures. unfortunately the seller is bound by Walmarts no partial refund policies. however upon returning this, with proof, receipt, an multiple witness... it was marked as not received by the seller and canceled. This is disturbing to witness as a consumer. This was absolutely Dropped off, boxed up, and even confirmed with all workers, that everything was there.

Purchased two Restored Hisense 8,000 BTU 350 Sq Ft Dual Hose Portable Air Conditioner with Inverter and Wi-Fi HAP0825TWD (Refurbished). Units were in good condition and work fine but the packing job was sloppy. One unit came with a cover, the other one didn't. For both units, the foam insulation was so poorly packed that it was unusable. Had to go to Home Depot to buy new foam insulation. Great product, sloppy packaging
