Unsure about who I blame more...The seller or the shipper(FEDEX). Either way, My purchase was damaged %26 seems to have some tech issues. It beats having no AC, so I didn't haggle for a refund or replacement. It is too hot for that!!!

Hello, I just received my air conditioner, and it was left outside in the rain. The box is completely soaked. This is very disappointing and irresponsible. My car was in the driveway, and someone could have simply knocked on my door instead of leaving an expensive appliance outside in the rain. I’m very concerned that the unit may have been damaged because the packaging is completely wet. Please let me know how you are going to resolve this issue. Thank you.
