Seller falsely advertised a product online (the product was a Duo/Set of Shampoo %26 Conditioner; they shipped me only the Shampoo, my package did not contain the conditioner; and the packing slip enclosed re-confirmed what they shipped as further). I sent them photos of the product, box and packing slip as they requested. They did not correct the issue and they did not respond in a timely fashion at all. I had to call Walmart-direct to solve the issue and refund me. They are also reporting this seller.

I've ordered from them three times now maybe more actually when I was on a musk kick, all been good except for I had one experience with a fingerprint partially used bottle that was sealed as if it was new but all the rest were honestly 100% so the fact that I've gotten about five bottles and four out of five have been good. I gave it four out of five stars. also, they ship good quickly.
