The seller was open to communication. The item purchased was the real deal, but offered at an extremely low price! It came as pictured. It was new and sealed in cellophane. It took 3-5 business days after I ordered before it began in the shipping process, which contributed to longer than usual ship time. It was packaged very well, definitely sufficient for shipping. Also, the carrier seemed to take much longer than usual for regular USPS shipping. If you need item promptly, I recommend paying extra for enhanced shipping. Great price on a great item, which was the cheapest anywhere. I probably would order from this seller again, because the amount of savings on the product was worth the wait! 4.5 out of 5 stars!!
