I ordered the BIC Xtra Fun pencils and received the Ticonderoga Neon pencils. I’m neurodivergent and us the BIC pencils because I love the way they write/feel and make my handwriting look. If I wanted these pencils, I would have gone to the store and got them. I couldn’t get the BIC pencils at the store so I ordered them. If they couldn’t fulfill it, I would have preferred they let me know
