was packed carefully and on ice and delivered early. taste is amazing

I’m surprised they didn’t have better quality control, but my return went through without issues. There was a minute of confusion by the Walmart return desk because the package said it came from Staples. So I had to look up my receipt online to prove I purchased the item through Walmart.

1) Item did not come with wired copies from the computer 2) black keys are hard to see. Prompt keys need to be WHITE. We painted them with white-out. Direction info should come with unit. Not just on-line

The delivery of the item was prompt and arrived as scheduled.

Great product, a bit pricey but it's probably hard to find someone willing to print a paper spreadsheet in this day and age. Glad to have it.
