Wal-Mart very prompt as always, excellent packaging

Been using Staples as a distributer for decades. I wish they were more personable, as they used to be. Such as in-store, face-to-face with HUMANS, again!

I use these in puzzle and game books and have had no issues. My order was handled quickly and efficiently with no need to work with the seller to resolve issues.

Iam a wood carver and this is one of the best knifes that works will for fine cuts.

The seller was fantastic! My HP ink arrived quickly, was well-packaged, and was exactly as described. Everything was brand new and authentic. Communication was great, and the entire buying process was smooth. I would definitely purchase from this seller again.

Great product, still using it daily 6 months later. I think iI saved a lot of trees. I thnk I will eventually have to replace it, because the pages wear out the ability to write on them. But should hold up for at least another 6 months.

I’m surprised they didn’t have better quality control, but my return went through without issues. There was a minute of confusion by the Walmart return desk because the package said it came from Staples. So I had to look up my receipt online to prove I purchased the item through Walmart.

1) Item did not come with wired copies from the computer 2) black keys are hard to see. Prompt keys need to be WHITE. We painted them with white-out. Direction info should come with unit. Not just on-line
