Two panels came with one corner bent. Checked shipping box exterior & no dents present on any part. This means the dents happened during manufacturing; however, we were able to realign the dents.

This is what I wrote to the company Hello I reached out to you several days ago concerning this tent. As I have stated the tent arrived with no canopy or side walls in the box. Could someone please get back to me and let me know what is going on I have not seeing any resolution in the emails yet thank you so much Carl. Below is the original e-mail I sent to your company a few days back. Good morning, I received the tent in a sealed box from you last week. I opened the box to find that the side walls and canopies were not in the box. Can you tell me what we can do about this I need this pop up before October 15th. The metal structure itself is in good condition with all of the accessories included I just need the canopy and the side walls. Please let me know what can be done, I need help as quick as possible thank you. Carl I also forgot to mention that I did purchase the two year Walmart protection plan but something like this is not covered under it. I also forgot to mention that my order number is 2000152-07980556
