I've had many mini refrigerators in my life … this is one of the nicer ones! It arrived in packaging that was protective of the item and also easy to remove. I followed the directions, and did not plug it in for 24 hours. It is light enough, so one person can move it around without help. When I did plug it in and turn it on, it cooled quickly … it took a few minor adjustments of the dial before it got it to the perfect temperature for my medications and beverages I don't plan on using the freezer

This item was a bit harder to assemble than I expected. It takes some brute strength to get things lined up. Once put together the item is really sturdy. I'm using this rack as a plant holder to over winter my house plants that are normally on a screened in patio. I have over 150lbs of plants in some heavy pots hanging from this rack. So far there hasn't been any warping or sagging. The whole unit rolls easily even with all of the weight from plants. I think this product would perform equally well for its intended purpose as a portable closet.
