Good as New Electronics

I bought a robot vacuum and while it worked for a week or two, it failed to go 5 inches without an error. I contacted the seller, they told me to contact Shark. Shark couldn't help so I returned it to my local Wal Mart to send it back. A few days later I kept getting emails from this company saying what I sent back was not on the order. Same thing said every time I responded, it wasn't on the order. No other explanation given. I'm still fighting with them because I sent everything back that they sent me. Just be cautious with this company, they may not be truthful or helpful for you.

Found the item on Wal Mart’s website had tried to get one on Black Friday, but they sold out then saw the rebuilt price in order it

I received the robot but it was missing the two small side spinning brushes. Sent a request but never got a response.

received phone within 2 days. no problem. i have been very sick and did not read the return date. i missed the date and the protection agreement was the same date. very dissapointed. i was going to buy a much better one.
