I bought a robot vacuum and while it worked for a week or two, it failed to go 5 inches without an error. I contacted the seller, they told me to contact Shark. Shark couldn't help so I returned it to my local Wal Mart to send it back. A few days later I kept getting emails from this company saying what I sent back was not on the order. Same thing said every time I responded, it wasn't on the order. No other explanation given. I'm still fighting with them because I sent everything back that they sent me. Just be cautious with this company, they may not be truthful or helpful for you.
