I purchased this an wasn't satisfied with the product n reached out to the seller several time's to return it an not once did the seller get back with me... unfortunately I can't return em through Walmart they make it to where u have to reach the seller. but what good is the seller n their products if they won't get back to u. this seller is unprofessional, doesn't care about the buyer being satisfied, they want the money. I would never by from them or recommend there product. I wouldn't even give them a star for rating. its a poor experience quality. very unhappy, unpleased, upset, unsatisfied with the whole experience all round. so now I'm going to contact customer service n go that route. DONT BUY THIS PERSONS PRODUCT!!

Poor communication. Requested instructions on how to start a return for an unopened unused item and was given a generic response for a 30 day return policy and a return address with no shipping label and no clarity on the return process such as processing time or how to communicate receipt of item. Not worth the time.
