Does not fit all toilets firmly

Essentially, this product can certainly serve its purpose, but we found it to be extremely wobbly, and the kids can easily open it. Also, with all of the attachments that came with it, It didn't hold on firmly, rendering it completely useless for us. To top it off, customer service never responded to the return request, so I am stuck with a piece of plastic that I can't use for anything.
