Not sure, they haven’t not known about the blanket missing yet. Perhaps they will rectify it.

Never have had a reason to contact them. It arrived when it said it would.

product failed after 2 weeks. Walmart said i had to contact Zenvesco. They did not respond to two emails so i am stuck with the item.

Seem good. Shipped as expected. Product mostly as expected. No complaints.

These are not a slow flow at all. We bought for my 1 month old and the flow is so quick she chokes and it spills all over her and her bib/burp rag. Would not recommend.

Tried to warranty this item when it stopped working properly, but after 2 weeks of back and forth with the email attachments not going thru; I gave up. I found it impossible to believe they did not receive the photos they must have to do a return or whatever..I have never had a company say there were no attachments/but I resent them 4 times and have sent many many attachments previously same way, but same story, they need photos and there are no attachments.

Quality construction and fair price. Thank you for getting this simple though very important item to market.

The shipment and product were fine, no complaints. I just ordered the wrong product. I thought they had 3 sections and they didn't. My mistake.
